House of Mary is a small chapel close to the Aegean cost of Anatolia. It is believed to be inhabited by Mary and St.Joseph.

When you visit the House of Mary in Ephesus, you will see a modest chapel, as well as a nice view of the woods.

The House of Mary is 5-7 km.s from the ancient town of Ephesus. So you might want to put the two in one trip. The nearest modern town is Selçuk. But there is no public transportation to the House of Mary, so you will have to hire a taxi (approx. 50 tl) if you aren’t in a tour.
