Great Palace Mosaic Museum
It takes place between Soltanahmet Mosque and Hagia Sophia Museum. Byzantine Empire’s 1500-year-old mosaics are exhibited in that museum. Those mosaics which are still protected, includes 90 themes , consist of 150 people and animals figures. Chora (Turkish: Kariye) is a museum which was originally built as a church, then used as a mosque, and finally made a museum. It is located on the European side of Istanbul.
